Terms of use

These terms apply to the corporate website ai4n.org (the “Site”) and to transactional SMS that AI for Nonprofits LLC (AI4N) sends from AI4N-operated preview websites (including p.ai4n.org). They are short on purpose. They are not a software license, founding-client contract, or partnership agreement for any product or venture.

1. Who operates the Site

The Site is operated by AI for Nonprofits LLC (United States) and AI4N Tecnología S.A.S., NIT 902083532-4 (Colombia) (together, “AI4N,” “we”). Contact: hello@ai4n.org.

2. What this Site is for

The Site describes AI4N’s public work, founding-client model, and portfolio of systems. You may browse, share the public pages, and use the invitation / contact form for legitimate professional inquiries.

3. No warranty on marketing content

Site content is for general information. It is provided “as is.” We do not promise that every figure, timeline, or example will fit your situation. The USD 500,000+ figure on the founding model is a market-rate estimate of work AI4N may absorb in a founding build; it is not a bill, not cash into your company, and not equity. Product features and pilot terms are set in separate written agreements.

4. Intellectual property of the Site

Text, design, logos, and other Site materials are owned by AI4N or its licensors. You may not copy the Site for commercial reuse, scrape it abusively, or present AI4N materials as your own product. Product software and customer data are governed by product contracts, not these website terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload, or probe the Site without permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content in forms.
• Do not use the form for spam or automated bulk submissions.

6. Third-party links

Links to vertical sites (for example ai4gym.co, ai4oro.co) or other sites are for convenience. Their terms and privacy notices apply there.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data on this Site is described in the Privacy Policy and, for Colombian data-protection treatment of corporate leads by the SAS, in the Política de tratamiento de datos.

8. Text messages (SMS)

AI for Nonprofits LLC may send transactional text messages when you opt in on an AI4N preview web form by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box. After you submit, we may text a receipt. If you reply, we may send a short acknowledgment. This is not marketing.

Message frequency varies. Typical volume is one receipt per form submission, plus a short reply if you text us.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply. AI4N is not responsible for those charges. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to cancel. After STOP we send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@ai4n.org.

Mobile numbers are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Governing law (dual pointer)

These website terms are meant to be practical for a dual-operator company:

• Disputes mainly about AI for Nonprofits LLC or U.S. marketing of the Site: laws of the State of Florida, United States, without conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere, subject to mandatory consumer protections if any apply.
• Disputes mainly about AI4N Tecnología S.A.S. or Colombia-facing operations of the Site: laws of the Republic of Colombia, and competent courts as Colombian law provides.

Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory law.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date.
