For our SMS notifications program we collect the mobile phone number you provide and your consent to be contacted, along with basic records of the messages sent (date, time, delivery status). Through our submission forms we may also collect the information you enter, such as your name and the documents or receipts you submit.
We use your mobile number solely to send the transactional messages you opted into (submission links and confirmations) and to respond to your HELP requests. We use submission information only to process and record your submission.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers (for example, our SMS and hosting providers) only to operate the service on our behalf, under contract.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing support@ai4nonprofits.co.
We keep your number and consent record for as long as needed to operate the program and to document consent, and then delete it.
