Command centers for small institutions

We rebuild your whole back office
into one command center.

One place that runs the daily work of your operation, so your team stops managing scattered tools and starts commanding a business machine.

Built around how your organization already works, not against it. Your data, your customers, and your operation stay yours, and a human approves every step that matters.

Founder-cohort terms: no cost, no obligation, and if it is not a fit, we will say so.

One screen. The money side and the people side. A human approves.

The proof

Four command centers, live right now

Every small institution runs on two kinds of software that never talk: the systems that run the money and the records, and the channels that reach your people. The work of running it and the work of reaching your people live in different software. We bring both into one command center, and we do not ask you to imagine it. Four working systems are live today, all real. Three have public sites you can visit right now, in Spanish, because their buyers speak it, and you can ask to see any one running live. We will not call these case studies, because we do not have paying clients or outcome numbers yet. Each one is labeled with exactly the stage it is at.

AI4Gym · Gimnasio La Roca, a gym in Ayapel, Colombia

Live pilot · in daily use

The owner runs his gym on it, every day, on his own.

His day used to live in the paper notebook and the spreadsheet on one side, and the WhatsApp thread that reached his members on the other. His command center now holds check-in, memberships, the point of sale, and the day's cash on one screen. Member messaging is built into the same screen and switches on next, once the Colombian number is live. He logs in daily and runs the gym on it without us in the room. He pays nothing; this is a founder-cohort pilot.

AI4Colegios · a private Catholic school in Ayapel, Colombia

Working system · demo held, pilot under decision

The school's office bridged two worlds by hand. We built the bridge.

Tuition records lived in the school's accounting tools and spreadsheets; reaching the families lived in WhatsApp. The command center brings the payment ledger, each family's tuition status, and the family messaging into one connected system. The honest stage: built to pilot grade, demoed in person at the school, and the decision on a pilot now sits with the school. We say that plainly instead of dressing it up.

AI4Oro · for gold buyers in Córdoba, Colombia

Full working system · not yet a live client

A complete command center for a trade still run on notebooks.

Gold buying is cash-heavy and carefully regulated: the customer at the counter with a contract or a renewal, and behind it the records, cash counts, and filings the accountant and the regulator need. The command center handles the counter and the back room in one system, across every shop an owner runs. The honest stage: a full working system modeling a complete year of a multi-shop operation, viewable on request, not a live client. No shop runs on it live yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.

AI4Nonprofits · a grant-funded nonprofit in California

Live pilot · program launching this month

Real grants, on a real reimbursement clock.

Government grants fund the programs, and every grant carries its own compliance calendar, receipts, and reimbursement invoices, while the team's real work is the program and the people in it. Their command center brings the compliance calendar, the receipts (sent in by email, read, and filed), and the draft reimbursement invoice into one place. The honest stage: the grants are real money on a real clock, the program launches this month, and there are no outcome numbers yet, because the outcomes have not happened yet.

Your field could be next, at no cost.

We are in our founder-cohort phase: a small number of institutions, free pilots, built with you in person. If the two halves of your day live in different software, tell us. No cost, no obligation, and if it is not a fit, we will say so.

Built to scale, shaped to you

One proven base for your field. Shaped to your organization.

Every field gets one proven base

A school's command center. A gym's. A gold buyer's. A grant-funded nonprofit's. Each field gets one base, built once and built carefully: the ledgers, the records, the legal groundwork for your jurisdiction, the messaging that reaches your people. It is made to serve thousands of organizations in your field, so you are never betting on a fragile custom project. The hard, expensive work is already done, tested, and standing before you arrive.

Then it becomes yours

From the first week, your command center keeps a careful record of how your team actually uses it, and we shape it around your real routine, without replacing what works. The gym command center above improves week by week because one owner runs his gym on it every day. People make the changes, and a human approves every change that matters.

In writing

What we will not do

  • We will not rip out what works. We rebuild around your existing tools, your systems, and the words your team already uses.
  • We will not take control away. The software prepares the work; your people review and approve, and nothing irreversible happens without a human.
  • We will not lock in your data. It is yours on day one and yours on the last day, and it leaves with you if you ever go.
  • We will not invent proof. No testimonials, client counts, or logos here, because we do not have earned ones yet and we refuse to fabricate them. The products are live; you can click through them yourself. And our systems are designed to align with the rules of your market, not to guarantee compliance: we are the system and the expertise, not your lawyer.

And if it is not a fit, we will say so.

The engine doing the work inside our systems is modern AI. We say that plainly, once, and then we stop talking about it, because you should never have to operate AI to run your organization. You review, approve, and decide. That is the job of a command center.

From the founder

A note from Paul

If you are here, you probably came from something I wrote on LinkedIn. Thank you for clicking through; I will keep this short and honest.

AI4N is a new company. I am not new to this: more than 15 years building software for real operations, over 100 applications, over 30 systems, used by more than 450,000 people. I still demo in person and install in person, because a command center for your operation should be built by someone who has stood in your operation.

Right now I am building with a small founder cohort, free, so that when this company makes claims, they are earned ones. If your day is split between the system that runs the money and the thread that reaches your people, I would like to hear about it. A person reads what you send, and a person answers. Usually that person is me.

Tell us who you are and what your day looks like. A person reads it and a person answers, usually within a business day, with a plain answer: what a pilot would look like for your operation, or an honest "not a fit."

No pricing games and no sales sequence. Founder-cohort pilots are free, built with you, and yours to walk away from.
